payment policy

Payment Policy

A reservation is considered valid only after a deposit has been received 7 days after the agreement (30% of the total sum) and after a copy of the deposit has been sent to us via e-mail.
The remaining amount (after you paid the prepayment) is to be paid in cash, by credit card or bank transfer, the latest before check-out. If you prefer you can pay the total amount in advance to our account, but then please notify us.
Environment fee 1.50€/night is not included.

cancellation policy

from 22 days or more prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, then the prepayment is returned to the client-visitor. *
between 14 and 21 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, then 50% of the prepayment is returned to the client-visitor. *
up to and including 13 days prior to the arrival of the client-visitor, then none of the prepayment is returned to the client-visitor.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

* Any transfer expenses are paid by the client-visitor
